On one run I picked up three Bee’s by starting at the teleport station by the vending machines, all the way back to the Orc Lord (or Duke depending on what spawns), and back to the vending machines. I’ve done too many grinding runs to count, it’s usually 50/50 to get one. The Bee Shield seems to have a high drop rate in The Forest.
